Visiting Friends (9-2-0, 2-1) used four scorers and got two goals in each half to upset No. 11 McDonogh (7-3-4), 4-0, in an AIS Homer league game. Ellen Morrow recorded 10 saves for the Quakers.

* Bryn Mawr 0, Roland Park 0: Meredith Shuey of Roland Park and Ellen Phillips of fifth-ranked Bryn Mawr (7-0-4) each had five saves.

* Thomas Johnson 1, Mount Hebron 0 (OT): Despite nine saves by Jessica Cruttenden, No. 15 Mount Hebron suffered an overtime loss to Thomas Johnson in the first round of the Class 3A North region playoffs. Liz Bare scored the game-winner for the Patriots on a feed from Cindy Dove.
