McCartney's menu
She's a photographer, singer, author, entrepreneur, wife and mother -- and maybe one of the world's best-known vegetarians. She's Linda McCartney, wife of ex-Beatle Paul McCartney, who's just published a new cookbook. The decidedly upscale book, "Linda's Kitchen" (Bulfinch Press/Little, Brown, $25.95) features recipes for such dishes as mushroom risotto, vegetable paella and curried chickpeas with onions.
