Daniel P. Burnham, vice president, exercised an option for 130,264 shares of common between $23.41 and $27.04 each Aug. 4, 1995, and sold them at $46.08 each Aug. 4, 1995. He now directly and indirectly holds 38,773 common.

Thomas M. Coutts, divisional officer, exercised an option for 12,000 shares of common at $16.63 each Aug. 3, 1995, and sold them between $22.50 and $22.75 each Aug. 3, 1995. He no longer holds shares in the company.

C. Eric Winzer, officer, exercised an option for 1,667 shares of common between $13.25 and $16.63 each July 28, 1995, and sold them at $23 each July 28, 1995. He now directly and indirectly holds 216 common.

Penril Datacomm

Ronald A. Howard, officer and beneficial owner, sold 21,000 shares of common between $4.50 and $5.50 each from July 5 to July 14, 1995. The holdings were not reported.
