Edrich Manor

1. Altieri Homes and Harvard Homes are building at Edrich Manor, where 63 Colonial, traditional and transitional houses will have one acre-plus lots. Ed and Rich Stansfield are developing the community in the Woodstock section of Baltimore County.

Sales center hours are 11 a.m to 6 p.m. Friday through Tuesday for Altieri and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday for Harvard. Take I-695 West to Liberty Road West to a left on Old Court Road and a right on Granite to a right on Offutt Road. Sales offices are on the right.

Altieri Homes' Richmond model

Altieri is offering 10 traditional and transitional designs at Edrich Manor. The model will be the Richmond, a 3,400-square-foot traditional with a base price of $279,900.

A pair of coat closets are in the two-story oak foyer, which is flanked by a dining room on the left and a living room on the right. Both are 14 by 12 feet.

Across the rear there is a 19-by-10-foot kitchen with cook island, 19-by-8-foot breakfast room, 18-by-15-foot family room with a wood-burning fireplace, the staircase and 13-by-12-foot study.

There is also a full bath, laundry room, two-car side entry garage and unfinished basement.

A 10-by-9-foot sitting room, 19-by-15-foot bedroom, his and her walk-in closets and a bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities, linen closet and privacy toilet are in the second-floor master suite. Three additional bedrooms, a full bath and linen closet complete the second floor.

Harvard Homes' The Nathan Marsh model

Harvard Homes is building five different houses at Edrich Manor. The Nathan Marsh, a two-story Colonial with 2,480 square feet and a starting price of $217,900, will be the model. An 11-by-11-foot living room is to the right of the two-level foyer. The 13-by-11-foot dining room is on the right.

A powder room, laundry room, 15-by-13-foot family room, 11-by-10-foot morning room and side entry two-car garage complete the entry level.

Upstairs, the master suite has a 15-by-14-foot bedroom, walk-in closet, linen closet and bath with soaking tub, his and her vanities, privacy toilet and linen closet. There are three more bedrooms, a hall bath and a linen closet.

PCS Homes at Harford Town

2. PCS Homes has opened a model of the Harford at Harford Town in Abingdon, where the firm is building 207 three- and four-level townhouses with walk-out basements.

The community will have a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and walking/biking paths. The Harford has 1,850 square feet of finished space and a base price of $108,990.

On the first floor there is a 12-by-10-foot living room, 12-by-12-foot dining room, 15-by-15-foot kitchen with pantry, and a coat closet.

The second floor has a laundry room, a 13-by-14-foot bedroom and a 13-by-15-foot bedroom with a private door to the full bath.

A 16-by-22-foot master bedroom with a walk-in closet is on the fourth level. A master bath with a shower is a $2,495 option.

Add a family room to the unfinished basement and the Harford has 2,210 square feet.
