The Road Runners Club of America has joined the information network and is offering a site on the World Wide Web.

"We already have gotten a couple of calls and we have been on only a week," RRCA executive director Henley Gibble said last week. "We're hoping that we don't get so many requests that we would be on overload, but if we do, I would actually be delighted."

The RRCA page will contain information on how to find an RRCA club, how to start a club, on injury prevention tips and on men's, women's and children's running. In addition, guidelines will be available for putting on a race, where to find a Women's Distance Festival event, on heart rate monitor expos and for the RRCA Hotline.

The name of the RRCA's World Wide Web site is: http://www.rrca.org/(tilde)rrca/. The RRCA office E-mail address is: officrca.org.

For information, call the RRCA at (703) 836-0558 or write the RRCA at 1150 S. Washington Street, Alexandria, Va. 22314.
