Jordan, a junior, carries a 3.8 grade-point average and is applying to the National Honor Society this semester.

He has run cross country for two years and has played tennis for two years.

Jordan is in the Latin Club for the third year, and this year he is in the French Club. He has helped build theatrical sets and has worked with the sound system for school productions. He is a two-year member of the math team.

He is a member of the Junior Class Council and has been a Student Government member for three years.

For the past five seasons, he has been a U.S. Soccer Referee for Columbia. In the summer, he works as a counselor at basketball camps at the Supreme Sports Club, teaching basketball skills to youngsters and supervising games.

Plans: Jordan's goals are to finish high school, and to attend Carnegie-Mellon in Pittsburgh and major in computer science mathematics.

His comments: "My goals include working hard to do the best I can. I work hard all the time, to manage my time and work my way toward college."
