Jessup woman charged with having $14,000 in drugs

A Jessup woman was charged with having $14,000 in cocaine and marijuana at her home Thursday, Howard County police said.

Clarice Deanna Harver, 31, of the 8000 block of U.S. 1 was released on $5,000 bond late Thursday, a District Court commissioner said.

Ms. Harver is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, possession of cocaine and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

Police said detectives serving a search and seizure warrant at Ms. Harver's house at 9:15 p.m. Thursday found 99.2 grams of cocaine, with a $10,000 street value, and 1.6 pounds of marijuana, with a $4,000 street value.
