School to present program for students on stress

Fort Smallwood school will sponsor "Handling Stress," a program for children entering third and fourth grades.

The program will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon July 11 at the school.

10 from Pasadena get Salisbury State degrees

Ten Pasadena students recently graduated from Salisbury State University with bachelor's degrees:

Anne Downey earned a bachelor's degreee in communication arts, Diana Hall in elementary education, Tracy Hemstetter in social work and Kingsley Hobson in art. Barbara King graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in physical education and Gordon Ward Jr. with a bachelor's in biology. Brian King received a bachelor's in management information systems, Joe Lowrance in management information systems, Julie Quantance in medical technology and Michael Sanders in liberal studies.
