Real estate service available on Internet

Computer owners can shop for homes via the Homes & Land real estate service on the World Wide Web, a spot on the Internet with live text and graphics.

Launched in January by Homes & Land Publishing Corp., the real estate service has photos and descriptions of more than 50,000 houses listed with real estate brokers across the United States.

ERA Real Estate, a national franchise system, provides an electronic database of 20,000 homes to the service. ERA has received more than 500 referrals this year from the Homes & Land service.

Once on the Internet the Homes & Land service can be reached by keying in http://www.homes.com/Welcome.
