SHOOTING/ARRESTS: Southeastern District -- Four men sought in connection with a shooting yesterday were arrested inside a house near E. Fayette and N. Caroline streets early today by police Quick Response Team members. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital for a bullet wound in the leg.

SHOOTING: Southeastern District -- A 12-year-old resident of the 2400 block of E. Fayette St. was listed in critical condition at the Johns Hopkins Hospital pediatric intensive care unit after being shot in the head above the right eye by a teen-ager during an argument in the victim's home last night. The other youth was being sought. The victim was found lying on the floor of a first-floor room about 11 p.m. by an occupant who called the police.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A VCR valued at $300 was stolen Wednesday by someone who entered a house in the 2600 block of Dulaney St. after breaking a window.

ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 1600 block of Chilton St. of more than $90 in the 1300 block of N. Montford Ave. yesterday.

DOG THEFT: Eastern District -- While an employee of the city's animal control shelter was in the 2400 block of Ashland Ave. Wednesday someone opened a cage on his truck and removed a pit bull.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Two men, one with a shotgun, robbed a resident of the 2800 block of Boarman Ave. of a small sum of money and a 40-ounce bottle of beer in the 4800 block of Park Heights Ave. yesterday.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 2000 block of St. Paul St. of jewelry valued at more than $200 in the 3900 block of Garrison Blvd. yesterday.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2700 block of Garrison Blvd. through a side window yesterday and stole jewelry and stereo equipment, all valued at more than $4,400.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- To men threatened a resident of the 5600 block of Bowleys Lane as he walked near his home yesterday and robbed him of $20.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, entered a house in the 4500 block of Sipple Ave. yesterday and robbed the occupant of a pager and $1 after striking him with the weapon.

SHOPLIFTING: Northeastern District -- A 67-year-old woman was walking in the 1500 block of Shadyside Ave. yesterday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at nearly $100.

THEFT/ARRESTS: North Point Precinct -- Police arrested two teen-age boys who attempted to leave the Sears Roebuck store at the Eastpoint Mall in the 7600 block of Eastern Ave. yesterday without paying for tools valued at less than $6.

BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- Someone entered Lap Top Computers in the 300 block of York Road through a door yesterday and stole five computers valued at $10,000.

THEFTS: Parkville Precinct -- Two cars parked in the 9200 and 9400 blocks of Hines Estates Drive were broken into yesterday by someone who stole property valued at nearly $1,200. Taken was a car phone, cash and stereo equipment.

STOLEN CAR: Cockeysville Precinct -- A 1992 Mazda with tags ABE 211 was stolen yesterday from the 100 block of Shawan Road.

BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- A 19-inch TV valued at $300 was stolen Wednesday from a house in the 3900 block of Beckleysville Road by someone who entered through a window.

STOLEN CAR: Woodlawn Precinct -- A 1991 Nissan Maxima without tags was stolen Wednesday from Security Nissan in the 1700 block of Woodlawn Drive.
