ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A 31-year old Baltimore man was injured early yesterday when he was attacked with a baseball bat by four men who then stole his Ford Explorer near the corner of Boston Street and Broening Highway shortly after midnight. The victim was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with cuts and bruises. Police found the car nearby a few hours later.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A woman was walking in the 2000 block of St. Paul Street on Friday when her 31-year-old ex-boyfriend grabbed her around the neck and robbed her of a bracelet valued at $40. He also took $2.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: A 32-year-old resident of the 3500 block of West Rogers Avenue was in the 200 block of West University Parkway on Saturday when she was assaulted by a man who demanded her money and car. When the woman told the man she had no money, he fled.

SHOOTING: Northeastern District -- A taxi driver was shot in the left shoulder Friday in a robbery attempt after picking up two men and a woman at the intersection of Belair Road and Elmley Street before midnight. The assailants fled without getting any money, and the 30-year-old victim drove himself to Union Memorial Hospital.

CUTTING: Southern District -- A 29-year-old man who refused to give an assailant $5 was stabbed seven times in the 400 block of Poppleton St. around 11:30 p.m. Friday. He was discharged after treatment at Maryland Shock Trauma Center Friday.

SHOOTING: Eastern District -- An 18-year-old Baltimore man was shot in the left leg around 4 p.m. Friday in the 2500 block of E. Oliver St. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY: Woodlawn -- An Amoco gas station attendant was robbed at gunpoint of $3,000 shortly before midnight Saturday at the 6000 block of Security Blvd. No one was hurt, and the robber escaped.

BURGLARY: Cockeysville -- A lime-green motorbike valued at $500 was stolen from the garage of a Cockeysville home over the weekend. The burglar entered through the unlocked front window of the garage at the 13000 block of Mandamill Lane between 6:45 a.m. Friday and 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

BURGLARY: Woodlawn -- A television and two videocassette recorders were reported stolen in a burglary that occurred between 2 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Saturday at a home in the 1500 block of Ingleside Ave.

AUTO THEFT: Parkville -- A black 1993 Ford Mustang with Maryland tags AND 031 was reported stolen from the 9300 block of Harford Road about 2 a.m. Saturday.

THEFT: North Point Precinct -- A 9.5-horsepower marine motor, a stainless steel propeller and other boat accessories with a total value of $1,483 were reported stolen from the 4500 block of Todd Point Lane early Saturday.
