No AL East team is hurting as badly as the Orioles -- except maybe the Yankees. Two of their starters, Jimmy Key (baseball's winningest pitcher last season) and Scott Kamieniecki, are out with arm troubles. High-priced slugger Danny Tartabull is out of favor with owner George Steinbrenner. Another person the Orioles will not have to worry about is Darryl Strawberry, whom Steinbrenner seems intent on signing but whose drug suspension does not expire until Friday. The Yankees, who took two of three from the Orioles in New York last month, were 6-4 against the Orioles last season and 3-1 at Camden Yards. But they have one major weakness -- they give up the long ball. Entering last night's game, the Yankees had allowed 68 home runs in 47 games. Calling Jeff Manto.
