Rockville man charged with assault ZTC

A 25-year-old old Rockville man was arrested and charged with assault and battery after another man was punched and kicked during an argument Monday night in Odenton, county police said.

An officer on patrol saw four people fighting at Md. 175 and Jackson Grove Road about 11:30 p.m. Police saw one man punching Sung Sup Kim, 30, , in the face. The other people fled on foot.

Mr. Kim, whose face was swollen on the right side, refused medical treatment, police said. Soeng Won Bang of the 12000 block of Village Square Terrace in Rockville was arrested.
