Glen Burnie man charged with cocaine possession

June 14, 1995

A Glen Burnie man was arrested on drug charges Monday morning after a county police officer found a crack pipe with cocaine residue in the tire well of a truck, officials said.

Gregory Michael Turgeon, 33, of the 200 block of Spring Maiden Court was charged with possession of cocaine.

Northern District Officer William Selander went to the intersection of Church Street and Disney Avenue shortly after midnight to investigate a report of a possible prowler sitting in a truck parked on a lot. When Officer Selander approached, the man slipped something into the right front tire well of the truck, police said.

Officer Selander searched the tire well and found a brass pipe with the residue of a white, sticky substance that tested positive for cocaine, police said, and arrested Mr. Turgeon.
