* THEFT: Edgewood -- Deputies arrested an Edgewood couple about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on charges of stealing a wallet from a woman working at Maryland Home Furnishings in the 2100 block of Emmorton Park Drive. Deputies learned that the couple, Maurice Anthony Wilson, 37, and Rhoda Evla Rabasco of the 800 block of Fisherman's Lane were wanted on 10 outstanding warrants in Anne Arundel County, including charges theft, escape, forgery and uttering. Mr. Wilson is being held on a detainer from Anne Arundel County and Ms. Rabasco on $15,000 bond at the Harford County Detention Center.

* FUGITIVE: Clearfield, Pa. -- David Lee Hockenberry, 22, of Pylesville was captured Tuesday after Harford County Sheriff's Office detectives tipped Pennsylvania State Police that the man had fled work release from the Harford County Detention Center, where he was serving 90 days on a drug conviction.

Hockenberry is being held in the Clearfield County jail, awaiting extradition to Harford County, deputies said.

* ROBBERY: Bel Air -- A driver for ABE Cab Co. reported that two men she picked up north of Churchville about 4:30 a.m. Thursday at Forge Hill Road and Kalmia Road and drove to the 2100 block of Thomas Run Road robbed her of an undisclosed amount of money and fled. She told deputies that the men said they had a knife.

* THEFT: Havre de Grace -- A Perryville woman reported that someone stole her wallet containing $134 from her purse while she was shopping at the Dollar General Store in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway about 10:30 a.m. Monday.
