1. Ryland Homes is selling the final nine houses at Montgomery Square at Federal Hill, where the firm built 42 three-level, brick garage townhomes within walking distance of the Inner Harbor and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Each home has a one- or two-car garage which is reached via a motor court at the rear of the houses, in the 800 blocks of S. Charles Street and S. Hanover Street and the first blocks of W. Montgomery Street and W. Churchill Street.

The homes in the first block of W. Henrietta Street have been sold.

A security system with one year of free monitoring, a sprinkler system, smoke detectors on every level, a wood-burning or gas fireplace, a deck and gas heat are included in the price of each home.

Selling for $166,350 for 1,480 square feet of living space, the Saratoga model at 12 W. Churchill St. is the smallest and least expensive home offered at Montgomery Square.

The first level contains a foyer, laundry/mechanical room, storage area, coat closet and one-car garage. An 11-by-15-foot kitchen with pantry and a powder room occupy the front of the second floor.

Across the rear is a 19-by-11-foot living/dining room with a

wood-burning fireplace.

The top floor has a 19-by-10-foot master bedroom with two closets, two more bedrooms and a full hall bath. The Dunnington model at 825 S. Hanover St. is priced at $169,900 for 1,580 square feet.

A two-car garage, laundry area, and foyer are on the entry level.

Level two has an 8-by-11-foot front kitchen, 19-by-17-foot

living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and a powder room.

On the third floor, the master suite has a full bath, two closets and a 13-by-13-foot bedroom. The second master suite also has two closets, a full bath and a 12-by-15-foot bedroom.

The 1,580-square-foot Rossmarck model is available with two master suites or with three bedrooms. A two-bedroom unit at 819 S. Hanover St. is priced at $171,900.

Each master suite has a full bath and walk-in closet. The bedrooms are 13-by-13-feet and 12-by-15-feet. The sales center is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. Take I-95 South to the 395/Inner Harbor exit, to a right on Conway Street, right on Light Street, right on Lee Street and left on S. Charles Street and follow to W. Montgomery Street.

Constant Woods

2. Westbrook Homes has opened its fifth section at Constant Woods in Abingdon, where 27 three-level townhomes have been sold since the firm held a grand opening in the Harford County community April 4.

Brick fronts, full walk-out basements, gas heat and hot water, central air conditioning, smoke detectors, a sprinkler system and double-glazed vinyl-frame windows are standard features in all homes. Buyers can select two or three bedrooms at no additional cost.

With a base price of $91,990 for 1,720 square feet, the Westwood is the smallest and least expensive home Westbrook Homes is building at Constant Woods.

The first floor has a foyer, coat closet, 10-by-14-foot living room, 9-by-10-foot dining room, 9-by-9-foot kitchen and 10-by-7-foot kitchen.

On the second floor there is a linen closet, full hall bath and two 16-by-12-foot bedrooms. A 2,004-square-foot home, the Northwood, has a beginning price of $98,990.

The foyer leads to a 15-by-11-foot living room, 12-by-10-foot dining room, 10-by-11-foot kitchen and 9-by-11-foot family room.

The second floor also has a full hall bath and linen closet.

A first-floor master suite with a 12-by-16-foot bedroom, 7-by-5-foot dressing area, L-shaped closet and full bath make the Eastwood a somewhat unusual townhouse. Prices start at $117,000 for 2,040 square feet.

An end unit, the Eastwood has a side entry and a 10-by-11-foot kitchen with a bay window and pantry. There is also a 23-by-11-foot living room and a 12-by-9-foot dining room. A linen closet, full bath and two or three bedrooms are on the second floor. A utility area is in the basement, which can be enhanced with an optional family room, den and storage area.
