THEFT: Joppatowne -- Maryland Department of Natural Resources police arrested an 18-year-old Joppa man and three Joppatowne juveniles on charges of stealing a 12-foot aluminum boat from a Joppa residence May 26.

Shane Henry Single of the first block of Court Drive was charged by DNR police May 27 with theft of more than $300 and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

The suspect was released on his own recognizance and the juveniles, ages 13 to 15, were referred to juvenile services for further action.

* ARMED ROBBERY: Bel Air -- A 44-year-old Aberdeen woman who arrived for work in the 500 block of Thomas Run Road at 11:20 p.m.

Wednesday told deputies that she was approached as she got out of her car by a gunman who took an undisclosed amount of money and other personal property.

The woman said the robber wore a Halloween mask resembling an old man with gray hair.

* WANTED MAN ARRESTED: Baltimore -- Sheriff's deputies arrested a 46-year-old former Harford County man wanted since 1992 on charges of failing to pay more than $40,000 in child

support. William Robert Wood, who deputies said had been

on the state's most wanted list for failing to pay support, was found in the 300 block of N. High Street in Baltimore. He is being held at the Harford County Detention Center in lieu of $2,000 bond, a jail spokesman said Friday.

* THEFT: Havre de Grace -- A resident of the 800 block of Paradise Road reported to town police that someone had broken into his truck between 11 p.m. Wednesday and 12:45 a.m. Thursday while it was parked in the 300 block of S. Union Ave. A denim jacket with a Hard Rock Cafe pin, various bottles of medication and a leather portfolio, all worth about $125, were stolen, police said.
