Standard features in all Altieri houses built at Sand Hill Estateinclude 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, gas heat, a hardwood floor in the foyer, a brick porch and walkway and crown molding and chair rail in the living room, dining room and foyer.

A two-story Colonial, the Villanova II has 2,970 square feet of living space and a starting price of $329,000.

At $169,990 for 1,800 square feet, the Stratford is the smallest and least expensive home Ryan is offering at Diamond Hills. A two-car garage, 14-by-11-foot living room and foyer with a powder room and coat closet occupy the front of the Stratford.

Across the rear there is a 9-by-11-foot dining room, 9-by-10-foot kitchen, 8-by-10-foot dinette and 17-by-11-foot family room.
