The Greater Federation of Women's Clubs of Hampstead has announced the winners of the annual raffle held Saturday during Hampstead Day.
Larry Miller of Union Bridge received $150 in groceries and Cheryl Devilbiss of Finksburg won $100 in groceries.
Proceeds from the raffle provide a scholarship to a North Carroll High School senior music student who plans to attend college. The award is presented at the North Carroll High School graduation ceremony June 10.
