Tomorrow is your last chance to enjoy the monthly big breakfast bonanza served by the Ladies Guild at Magothy Chelsea Community Lutheran Church, before the cooks take a well-deserved vacation.

Breakfast will be available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. with choice of eggs, pancakes, French toast, creamed chipped beef, home-style potatoes, sausage, toast, homemade biscuits, juice, fruit and a beverage.

The cost is $4 for adults, $2.50 for children 4-12. Youngsters 3 and under can eat for free.

Proceeds will help pay for a photocopier.

The church is at Beach Avenue and Third Street in Chelsea Beach. Information: 255-4049 or 255-1945.*

Two local groups are keeping their fingers crossed that the weather forecast for tomorrow calls for good weather for carwashes:

* Boy Scout Troop 770 will be washing cars at the Lake Shore Plaza Safeway store from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The charge is $3 per car.

Troop parents will sell hot dogs, sodas and baked goods. Proceeds will benefit troop camping activities.

* Members of the high school youth ministry of Our Lady of the Chesapeake will wash cars at the Shell station, Mountain and Hog Neck roads, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Donations for washes will be accepted. The rain date is Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds will help pay for a retreat to Camp Wabana.
