The body of a Catonsville man who fell off a pleasure boat into the Chesapeake Bay and drowned Sunday was recovered yesterday.

A man was feeding ducks at the waterfront at his home in the 9000 block of Chesapeake Ave. about 6 a.m. when he saw what he thought was a body in the water near the Black Marsh area of North Point State Park.
