The body of a Catonsville man who fell off a pleasure boat into the Chesapeake Bay and drowned Sunday was recovered yesterday.
A man was feeding ducks at the waterfront at his home in the 9000 block of Chesapeake Ave. about 6 a.m. when he saw what he thought was a body in the water near the Black Marsh area of North Point State Park. Maryland Natural Resources Police recovered the body of Robert K. Miller, 27, of Lucia Avenue about a half mile from where he was reported to have fallen into the water.
