ASSAULT/ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A 23-year-old man was accosted at his home in the 5300 block of Nelson Ave. shortly after 2 p.m. yesterday by two men, one of whom brandished a .38-caliber handgun. He was robbed of $1,200, car keys and a pager.

TAXICAB HOLDUP: Northwestern District -- A Yellow Cab driver was robbed of $210, reading glasses and a wallet about 10:45 p.m. Monday in the 3400 block of Oakford Ave. by a man wielding a knife.

STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1991 red Pontiac van with Maryland handicapped tags 186 52HB was stolen between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Monday in the 3100 block of W. Belvedere Ave.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Western District -- Four hubcaps were stolen between 4:40 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. Tuesday from a 1987 Ford Taurus parked in the first block of N. Carey St. The car was registered to an address in the 11900 block of Tarragon Road in Reisterstown, Baltimore County.

Western District -- Police are looking for a 28-year-old man who is accused of stealing $15 from a home in the 200 block of N. Fremont Ave. between 10 p.m. Monday and 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Baltimore County

BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- A rock was thrown through the glass front door of a Royal Farms Store in the 600 block of S. Wick Dr. shortly before 1:30 a.m. yesterday. Store workers said they would not be sure what was taken until they did an inventory.

THEFT: Cockeysville Precinct -- A set of Spalding Top Flite golf clubs valued at $300 were reported yesterday as being stolen from Hunt Valley Golf Course in March.

BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- A home in the 2400 block of Bond Road in Parkton was broken into between 11:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Tuesday. A television, a shotgun and a microwave oven were reported stolen.

Cockeysville Precinct -- Two mountain bikes valued at $1,300 were stolen from the back deck of an apartment in Willow Tree Gardens on May 12, 13 or 14. The theft was reported yesterday.

Cockeysville Precinct -- An undetermined amount of money was stolen during the Memorial Day weekend from the office of Timonium Chrysler-Plymouth in the 10300 block of York Road.
