The Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival, sponsored by the Maryland Sheep Breeders Association, will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Howard County Fairgrounds, West Friendship.
The 22nd annual festival will include more than 1,000 sheep of different breeds in competitions, more than 200 craft and supply booths, lamb dishes from food vendors and entertainment, such as sheep shearing, spinning, weaving and sheep dog demonstrations.
Admission and parking are free. No pets will be allowed.
