ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of Anne Arundel County was driving his pickup truck Tuesday in the 2400 block of Maisel Court when one of several youths yelled that he had a flat tire. When the motorist stopped to examine the tire and found it was not flat, he was struck with a handgun. A dirt bike that was in the truck was stolen.

SHOOTING: Southern District -- Police were seeking a man who shot a resident of the 2800 block of Seamon Ave. in the ear Tuesday in the 200 block of Reedbird Ave. When the man pulled out a gun, the victim fell to the ground to protect a 3-year-old child he was carrying on his shoulder and was shot. The child was not injured. The victim was treated at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A clock-radio, $60 and a carrying bag, all valued at more than $100, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4400 block of Pall Mall Road.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- An electric keyboard valued at $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from the United Center of Christianity Church in the 2900 block of N. Charles St.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A video-camera valued at more than $900 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the first block of Merry Mount Road.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A blue 1988 Oldsmobile with tags WNP 996 was stolen Tuesday from the 1100 block of W. Northern Parkway.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A .22-caliber rifle and a television, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 700 block of Homestead St.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 100 block of Fennington Circle in Owings Mill, Baltimore County, was in the 4100 block of Pimlico Road when a gunman robbed him of $50 Tuesday.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A VCR valued at more than $100 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1200 block of Winston Ave.

BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- Over the weekend, four doors and several locks were destroyed in a building under construction in the 4900 block of Campbell Blvd.

BURGLARY/ARRESTS: White Marsh Precinct -- Responding to a report of a suspicious person in the vicinity of a house in the 1400 block of Spring Ave. on Monday, police arrested two men leaving a dwelling with a bike valued at more than $100.

BURGLARY: Parkville Precinct -- A TV, VCR, a rifle and jewelry, all valued at more than $5,000, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 3100 block of E. Joppa Road.

BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- More than $200 was stolen Tuesday from the Manor Tavern in the 15800 block of Old York Road.

BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- A refrigerator was stolen Tuesday from a house under construction at Beecham Road and Avery Hill.
