Campbell -- Announced the resignation of Bobby Murray, assistant basketball coach.

Cincinnati -- Suspended G Darnell Burton from the basketball team for the 1995-96 season for violating team rules.

East Carolina -- Named Mike Hamrick director of athletics.

Eastern Washington -- Named Steve Aggers head basketball coach.

Lafayette -- Promoted Nelson Rodriguez to head soccer coach.

Loyola -- Announced that Betsy Given (Broadneck) and Kerri Johnson (Perry Hall) have been named to the All-Colonial Athletic Association women's lacrosse first team. Suzy Waire (Loch Raven) has been named to the second team.

Murray State -- Named Mark Gottfried head basketball coach.

Tulane -- Named Ron Bazil head men's and women's track and field and cross country coach.

UCLA -- Announced the resignation Todd Saldana, men's soccer coach, to become men's and women's soccer coach at Cal Poly-Pomona.

West Virginia -- Announced the resignation of Scott Harrelson, women's basketball coach.

Atlanta Falcons -- Agreed to terms with RB Brian Pruitt, WR Kyle Brady, DE Stacy Evans, DE Brian Hamilton, DE Rick Ceasar, DE Alonzo Etheridge, LB Abdul Jackson, OT Aaron Purdie, OT Roger Purgason, G Arnold Vaitai, WR Tyrone Brown and P-K Ross Schulte.

Carolina Panthers -- Signed unrestricted free-agent WR Don Beebe, who had been with the Buffalo Bills.

Chicago Bears -- Signed unrestricted free-agent S Pat Eilers, who had been with the Washington Redskins, to a one-year contract. Re-signed two free agents, RB Trevor Cobb and WR Greg Primus, to one-year contracts.
