THEFT FROM AUTO: Southern District -- A power joiner valued at nearly $400 was stolen Sunday from a 1994 Ford Ranger parked in the 100 block of Montgomery St.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A 36-year-old resident of the 5900 block of Radecke Ave. was at Howard and Fayette streets over the weekend when he was struck in the face by a man who stole six T-shirts he had just purchased.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Central District -- Property valued at $700 was stolen from a car parked in the 300 block of Wilson St. over the weekend. A cellular phone, more than $400 in cash and other property were taken.

BURGLARY/ARREST: Northern District -- Police arrested one man and were seeking another in the break-in and theft of more than $300 in tools Sunday at the Rite Aid pharmacy in the 900 block of W. 36th St. Charged with burglary is Paul T. Carter of the 3500 block of Ash St. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the second man.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Northern District -- A 36-year-old resident of the 2600 block of Huntingdon Ave. was sleeping in a chair in front of a house in the 2800 block of Huntingdon Ave. Sunday evening when a man set fire to his clothing, causing burns on his right leg. Later, police arrested an 18-year-old man from the 3100 block of Remington Ave.

SHOOTING/ARREST: Southwestern District -- Police arrested a 16-year-old boy in the shooting of a man during an argument Sunday in the 3200 block of Brighton St. The victim, who was shot in the leg, was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

ASSAULT: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking two men who assaulted a woman Sunday night inside a bar in the 300 block of N. Franklintown Road and hit her in the face, causing an injury to her left eye. The woman was treated at Bon Secours Hospital and released.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of Timonium was riding his 1991 Honda CR80 dirt bike in the 2800 block of St. Lo Drive in Clifton Park Sunday evening when he was stopped by two men, who assaulted him and stole the vehicle, valued at nearly $1,300.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant and carryout in the 6200 block of Belair Road and escaped with an undisclosed sum of money Sunday.

Baltimore County

STOLEN CAR: Cockeysville Precinct -- A maroon 1986 Toyota Camry with tags PVX 847 and valued at $3,000 was stolen Sunday from the first block of W. Ridgely Road.

STOLEN CAR: Woodlawn Precinct -- Police were seeking four men who stole a 1993 Ford Taurus with tags ATK 460 Sunday from the parking lot of the Double T Diner in the 6300 block of Baltimore National Pike.

HARFORD COUNTY

ASSAULT AND BATTERY: Aberdeen -- Ferrell Christopher Stewart, 19, of Havre de Grace is being held in lieu of $2,500 bond on charges of beating a 23-year-old Havre de Grace man with a baseball bat in the 100 block of Hanover St. at 11:50 p.m. Friday. A 17-year-old boy was arrested on the same charges and released to his parents. The victim was flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore where he was treated and released Saturday.
