ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A driver for the Yellow cab company was robbed of more than $100 by three men, one armed with what appeared to be a BB pistol, in the 4100 block of Alto Road yesterday.

ROBBERY TRY: Central District -- After an elderly female resident of the 1900 block of St. Paul St. answered a knock at her door Saturday, a man pushed her to her floor and demanded money. The man fled when the woman cried out. A man known to the victim was being sought.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A 45-year-old resident of the 3700 block of Spaulding Ave. was at Howard and Fayette streets Saturday when she was knocked to the pavement by a man who robbed her of $60.

THEFT FROM TRUCK: Central District -- Someone entered a truck owned by Pro Electric, of the 3100 block of Troyer Road in Baltimore County, while the vehicle was parked in the 400 block of St. Paul St. Saturday and stole a radar detector valued at nearly $200.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Central District -- A cellular phone and a purse containing cash and valuable papers, all valued at $700, were stolen from a 1987 Volvo Saturday while the vehicle was parked in the 300 block of Wilson St. The thief entered the car after breaking a window.

THEFT: Northern District -- A blue mountain bike valued at $400 was stolen from outside a house in the first block of E. 26th St. yesterday.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A rented, 4-door green 1995 Dodge with tags R18036 and owned by Thrifty car rental in the 2000 block of N. Howard St. was stolen yesterday from the 3400 block of N. Charles St.

Baltimore County

BURGLARY: Essex Precinct -- Someone entered Safelite auto glass in the 8800 block of Kelso Drive with a key over the weekend and stole two cash drawers containing an undisclosed sum of money.

BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- Police were seeking a man who entered a home in the 1400 block of Winespring Lane yesterday and stole a 30-hp outboard motor, 12-gauge shotgun and a book of checks.
