Ginsberg pitched a complete-game two-hitter with 10 strikeouts and allowed one unearned run in a win over Mount St. Joseph's (7-1). In two victories, the senior went 5-for-5 with six RBIs, a triple and two stolen bases.

April Lynch

Softball

Lynch threw a no-hitter with 19 strikeouts and one walk in a win over Harford Tech (24-0). The junior pitcher went 4-0, striking out 44 batters and allowing three earned runs in 28 innings.

Suzette Mullings

Howard

Track and field

Mullings ran an 11.4 split as the anchor of the 400-meter relay, which set a Howard County record (48.2) in a tri-meet with Centennial and Mount Hebron. The senior also set a school record in the 400 (62.3) and ran a 24.8 split in the 800 relay, which contributed to an area-best finish of 1:44.
