BALTIMORE CITY

ASSAULT/ARREST: Southwestern District -- Police arrested a man accused of striking a woman in the face with an iron during an incident yesterday at the woman's home in the 2200 block of Garrison Blvd. The woman was treated at Liberty Medical Center and released. Police identified the suspect as the woman's former boyfriend and said he was being held at the station pending a bail hearing.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 1500 block of N. Gilmor St. was in the 300 block of E. 33rd St. yesterday when a gunman robbed him of his wallet containing more than $30.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2200 block of St. Paul St. yesterday and stole stereo equipment and a TV, all valued at more than $500.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 4000 block of W. Cold Spring Lane of her purse containing a small sum of money yesterday in the 5100 block of Reisterstown Road.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered Small's auto garage in the 5100 block of Pimlico Road during the weekend after breaking a door lock. It was not immediately known if any property was taken.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 3900 block of Emmart Ave. was in the 5200 block of St. Charles Ave. yesterday when a gunman robbed him of his Elvis Presley jacket valued at more than $300.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- Police responding to an alarm at Perry Hall Senior High School in the 4600 block of Ebenezer Road over the weekend discovered that someone entered the building after breaking a pane of glass out of a door. It was not immediately known if any property was taken.

STOLEN CAR: White Marsh Precinct -- A red 2-door 1988 Pontiac Trans Am with tags ZVS 403 was stolen yesterday form the 8100 block of Pulaski Highway.

ROBBERY: North Point Precinct -- A man wearing dark sunglasses, a black leather jacket and armed with a sawed-off shotgun robbed the High's dairy store in the 7700 block of German Hill Road of more than $100 Sunday night. The man also is suspected of robbing a High's dairy store in the 7400 block of Belair Road Sunday afternoon.
