A New York man died yesterday of wounds he suffered in a shooting outside an East Baltimore nightclub early Sunday that claimed the life of a Morgan State University sophomore and injured four others.

Jamal Kebe, 25, of the Bronx died at Johns Hopkins Hospital at 3:45 a.m. yesterday, homicide detectives said.

Corey A. Edwards, 19, of Rochester, N.Y., the Morgan student, died outside Volcano's nightclub in the 1000 block of Greenmount Ave. in Johnston Square, where the shooting occurred at 1:45 a.m. Sunday.

Police said the suspect and another man got into an argument with a group of four men that included Mr. Edwards when the Morgan student wanted to take a picture of a woman.

Bouncers escorted the two groups of men out of the club through separate exits. The suspect stalked the group of four and fired at least 16 shots into a crowd outside the club, police said.

In connection with the incident, police are searching for Corey Brown of the 1100 block of Barclay St. He is charged with two counts of murder and a handgun violation, said homicide Detective Oscar Requer.

Mr. Brown is described as African-American, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds. He has a medium complexion and gold front teeth. His hair is short. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a floral design, blue jeans and a brown jacket.
