Q: My husband and I are planning to take our four married children and their families to Bermuda in late May. Can you tell me anything about renting a beachfront cottage or villa there?

A: There are two ways to go about renting a cottage in Bermuda. Choose from the many cottage colonies, which usually consist of a group of cottages, a main clubhouse, dining room, lounge and bar, or contact a private owner of a single cottage through a real estate agent.

Cottage colonies
