Man, 19, and girl, 16, seized on drug charges

March 31, 1995

Undercover narcotics officers followed a couple to Baltimore after a "buy-bust" operation Tuesday night and arrested the pair on drug charges, police said.

The operation ended about 11:45 p.m., when detectives stopped the suspects' 1995 Isuzu at Fort Smallwood Road and Energy Parkway, police said. The officers found several bags of crack cocaine under the driver's seat and in the left bra cup of a 16-year-old girl in the car, police said.

Craig Daniel Neibert, 19, of the 300 block of Dega Lane in Pasadena and the 16-year-old Glen Burnie girl were charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, police said. The girl was released to her parents.

In a buy-bust operation, an undercover officer or informant buys drugs from a suspect.
