BALTIMORE CITY

* BURGLARY: Southern District -- A videocassette recorder valued at more than $200 was stolen yesterday from a house in the 400 block of Annabel Ave.

* BURGLARY: Southern District -- Photographic equipment valued at more than $800 was stolen from a house in the first block of E. Ostend St. on Wednesday.

* BURGLARY: Southern District -- A 27-inch television with remote control, valued at nearly $1,000, was stolen from a house in the first block of S. Barney St. on Wednesday.

* STOLEN CAR: Southern District -- A 1992 Chrysler LeBaron convertible with Pennsylvania tags WPL 033 was stolen Wednesday from the 600 block of Melvin Drive.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Police were seeking a known suspect who entered a house in the 5600 block of Belair Road on Wednesday and stole a VCR.

* STOLEN CAR: Northeastern District -- A 1990 Dodge Daytona with tags WAL 453 was stolen Wednesday from the 4200 block of Parkside Drive.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- Two men, one armed with a tire iron, robbed the Royal Farm store in the 3600 block of Keswick Road onWednesday of more than $100.

* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1987 Nissan with New York tags HS1SAD was stolen Wednesday from the 3500 block of Greenway.

* THEFT FROM AUTO: Northern District -- Stereo equipment valued at more than $400 was stolen from a 1994 Mazda parked Wednesday in the 700 block of Woodbourne Ave.

* ASSAULT: Northern District -- A 14-year-old girl was in the 500 block of E. Cold Spring Lane when she was attacked Wednesday by an older girl who struck her with her hands and a bottle. The victim sustained a minor shoulder injury. The other girl was being sought and faces charges as a juvenile.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* ROBBERY: White Marsh Precinct -- Police were seeking a man who robbed a 20-year-old woman of $10 after she gave him a ride. The victim was driving on Philadelphia Road near Rosedale Avenue on Wednesday when she offered the ride to a man she recognized from high school. Police expected to arrest the man soon.

* ROBBERY: Parkville Precinct -- A 14-year-old was walking along Old Harford Road near E. Joppa Road on Wednesday when he was assaulted by a man who stole his Timberland-brand cap, valued at $8.

HARFORD COUNTY

* THEFT: Terry Lee Smith, 20, of the 1500 block of Robinson Mill Road in Street, was charged Wednesday with six counts of theft, three counts of malicious destruction, and vehicle tampering, a sheriff's spokesman said. He is charged in thefts from vehicles at Broad Creek Boat Landing and burglaries of homes along Flintstone Road. He was released on his own recognizance, the spokesman said.
