Russel J. Grimes Jr. has joined Annapolis Bancshares Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bank of Annapolis, as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of both.

Russel J. Grimes Jr. has joined Annapolis Bancshares Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bank of Annapolis, as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of both.
In this capacity, he primarily will be responsible for finance, accounting, financial reporting, data processing and internal controls of the companies.
Mr. Grimes has more than 14 years of banking experience and a bachelor of science degree in business management/accounting from the University of Maryland.
Two join Hyatt & Peters law firm in Annapolis
Gregg Weinberg and Sara Arthur recently joined the law offices of Hyatt & Peters in Annapolis.
Mr. Weinberg, formerly vice president and counsel to Homeowners Title & Escrow Corp. of Annapolis, will concentrate in real estate, banking and corporate law.
He studied management at Tulane University and received a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Ms. Arthur will specialize in the litigation aspects of real estate and real property law.
Previously a partner in the Annapolis law firm Snider, Buck & Migdal, she is president-elect of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the host of "Lawline," a cable television show.
She received her law degree from the University of Maryland and attended Loyola College, graduating cum laude in 1980.
