CUTTING/ARREST: Southern District -- During an argument Tuesday in the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road, a woman cut another woman with a knife with a 4-inch blade. The victim was treated at Harbor Hospital Center and released. A suspect was arrested.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A woman was in the 1500 block of Orleans St. on Tuesday when a man stole her jewelry, valued at $200.

ROBBERY TRY: Northeastern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, attempted to rob an employee of Baltimore Imports & Used Cars in the 6600 block of Harford Road on Tuesday but fled when they struggled with the employee and saw a second employee coming to his aid.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- Four men, one with a handgun, robbed a 27-year-old man Tuesday of his wallet, cash, a Bible, umbrella and jacket, all valued at about $100, in the 3700 block of Greenway.

THEFT/ARREST: Northern District -- A 41-year-old man attempted to leave the Family Dollar store in the 2800 block of Greenmount Ave. without paying for four shirts Tuesday and was arrested. The shirts were valued at more than $40.

Baltimore County

VANDALISM: Essex Precinct -- Someone threw a rock at a house in the 100 block of Sandhill Road on Monday and shattered a window valued at $50.

BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- Someone broke the front window of Island Dream Surf Station in the 400 block of York Road on Monday and stole three watches, valued at nearly $200, from a display case.

STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- A 1995 Buick Skylark with tags CBP 613 was stolen Tuesday from the 400 block of Reisterstown Road.

THEFT: Woodlawn Precinct -- A 33-year-old Baltimore resident was arrested Tuesday when she attempted to leave Hecht's department store at Security Square Mall in the 6900 block of Security Blvd. without paying for perfume and related products. The woman was detained by a security officer who saw her place the items, valued at more than $200, in a shopping bag.

STOLEN CAR: Woodlawn Precinct -- A 4-door emerald green Nissan Maxima with tags BLZ 166 was stolen yesterday from the 1900 block of Richglen Drive. Later, police pursued the car into the city, where the driver eluded them.

HARFORD COUNTY

SHOOTING: Aberdeen -- Derek Darnell Stroman, 20, of the 300 block of Stevens Circle was arrested on weapons and reckless endangerment charges after police said they were told that a sawed-off rifle he was holding accidentally discharged at 12:07 a.m. yesterday. The slug went through a wall into an adjoining apartment without striking anyone. Mr. Stroman was being held on $2,500 bond.

ROBBERY: Edgewood -- Kenneth Alexander Clark, 46, of the 600 block of Longwood Court was arrested on charges of robbery, robbery with a deadly and dangerous weapon and theft in an attack on a Joppa man March 23. The victim's hand was cut. Mr. Clark was being held in lieu of $13,000 bond.
