Bair, Gardinier pitch no-hitters

Andy Bair pitched a no-hitter to lead No. 1 Calvert Hall (4-0) to a 10-0 victory over visiting Cardinal Gibbons in baseball yesterday.

Bair struck out 12 and walked three in five innings.

Rusty Brown tripled and Kevin Olkowski and Joe Miller had doubles for the Cardinals.

* St. Paul's 8, Towson Catholic 0: St. Paul's Rob Gardinier pitched a no-hitter and struck out 14 batters to lead the Crusaders over host Towson Catholic.
