An incorrect photo caption appeared Sunday in the Way Back When feature of the Sun Magazine. The woman identified as Jeanette Meyers is actually Mollie Myers.

The Sun regrets the errors.

Tonight at 7:30 a diamond celebration will take place at thBeth El Congregation in Baltimore County. The honoree? The Baltimore Hebrew University. The school was founded in 1919 by Dr. Israel Efros, a poet-philosopher. It was originally called the Baltimore Hebrew College and Teachers Training School, and its curriculum was, and still is, devoted entirely to Jewish studies. Today the school is located at 5800 Park Heights Ave. and has a student body of 1,200. Dr. Norma Furst is its president. For those of you counting, the school did turn 75 last year; it just held off celebrating till tonight.

Within the next week, please send old photos of people drinking coffee or tea to Way Back When, Sun Magazine, 501 N. Calvert St., Baltimore, Md. 21278. You must include caption information and your daytime phone number. Also, enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you'd like your photo returned. If your photo is your only copy, please send a good-quality duplicate, not the original. No faxes or newspaper clippings, please.
