POLICE

* Westminster: A resident of West George Street reported that someone broke into his auto Monday while it was parked near his home. He said items were stolen worth an estimated $128.

An East Main Street resident told police someone broke into her auto and stole the radio Saturday while the vehicle was parked near her home. She estimated the loss at $250.

FIRE

* Pleasant Valley: Firefighters from the Pleasant Valley company responded to a field fire on Old Taneytown Road at 4:45 p.m. Monday. They were out 30 minutes.

* Westminster: Westminster and Reese responded to a report of a propane leak in the 300 block of Cranberry Road at 4:16 p.m. yesterday. Units were out 30 minutes.
