CARJACKING: Eastern District -- A man armed with a sawed-off shotgun took a 1989 green Acura Legend from its owner in the 2300 block of E. Chase St. about 11:30 a.m. yesterday. The car was a two-door model with Maryland tags LEA 809.

ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A woman was robbed at gunpoint of $23 by a man who approached her at a phone booth in the 1200 block of E. North Ave. shortly after 3 a.m. yesterday. The man asked for change, then pulled out a handgun.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone broke a basement window in a house in the 1200 block of Carroll St. and stole a VCR and a television set, all valued at $929. The break-in was reported shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- Two men robbed a bakery in the 300 block of S. Central Ave. about 11 a.m. yesterday. One man stood at the door of the bakery while the other held a knife TC to the baker and took the gold chain that he was wearing and an unknown amount of cash.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- The front door of a home in the 600 block of Dumbarton Ave. was forced open and a color TV, video recorder and radio, all valued at $602, were stolen early Saturday. The break-in was discovered about 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

ASSAULT: Northwestern District -- A 25-year-old woman reported early yesterday that she was assaulted by four men in their late teens or early 20s who approached her from behind as she was walking in the 4800 block of Nelson Ave. She was treated for back injuries at Sinai Hospital after the attack Saturday afternoon.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY: Wilkens Precinct -- A clerk and customer at the Royal Farm Store in the 4000 block of Wilkens Ave. were robbed shortly before 6 a.m. yesterday. The robber implied that he had a weapon and ordered the clerk to the back of the store while he took the store's cash. He also took a customer's wallet.

AUTO THEFT: Woodlawn Precinct -- A man reported seeing two men take his black 1987 Chevrolet Blazer about 1 a.m. yesterday. The vehicle, which had been parked in the 2600 block of Hallam Court, has Maryland tags 636512M.

ROBBERY: Garrison Precinct -- An elderly couple reported that someone followed them home from a Giant supermarket and held them up at gunpoint at the front door of their house in the 3400 block of Garrison Farms Road at 10 p.m. Saturday. Cash and jewelry were taken.

BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- Owners of a home in the 8000 block of Douglas Ave. returned about 3:30 p.m. Saturday to find it had been burglarized. Video games, a basketball and rim were taken. Police said a juvenile was charged with burglary.

AUTO THEFT: Towson Precinct -- A blue two-door Toyota Supra with Maryland tags 220 AXL was reported stolen from the 1500 block of E. Joppa Road Friday morning.

THEFT: Cockeysville Precinct -- A customer at a Denny's restaurant on Deereco Road walked out without paying his $16.10 bill early yesterday.

THEFT: Dundalk Precinct -- A 24-inch Schwinn bicycle was taken from the front porch of a home in the 800 block of Jaydee Ave. between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday.
