When Ginny Brose says the Carroll County Community Concert Association is bringing the world's greatest music to town, she isn't just whistling Dixie.

The organization has 1,300 to 1,400 members annually, Mrs.

Brose said.

The association's other officers this year are: John Knox, vice president; Debbie Hossler, secretary; Joseph Chalker, treasurer; Julia Hitchcock, campaign chairman; Herb Sell, concert manager; Charles Schuster, stage manager; Fran Nyce, publicity chairman; and Coetta Chalker, subscription secretary.

The campaign week starts with a banquet tomorrow night at the New Windsor Service Center. A mini-concert concludes the banquet.

Tuesday through Saturday, association volunteers will be accepting new subscriptions from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Winchester Exchange Building, 15 E. Main St., in the street-level hallway near the stairs.
