Hugs for tiny heads

Billed as "the hug that keeps on hugging," the Baby Bucky pillow prevents babies' and toddlers' heads from flopping while the child is sitting in a car seat, stroller, airplane or train seat. The horseshoe-shaped pillow is filled with buckwheat hulls, a popular pillow filling in Japan but relatively unknown in the United States. The Baby Bucky comes in blue, pink and jade and is available for $21 at Passenger Stop -- Your Travel Store in Towson, (410) 821-5888; at Rynn's Luggage in Woodlawn, (410) 281-1160, and at Howard Luggage in Pikesville, (410) 653-3100. Here's an easy-to-assemble, easy-to-use system for keeping cabinets and drawers off-limits to children. The Tot-Lok is a magnetic locking system that mounts inside a cabinet door or drawer. It is unlocked with a magnetic key, and can be disengaged temporarily to allow easy access to locked areas when children are not around. The Tot-Lok starter kit of two locks and one key is available for $13.95 from Safe Beginnings. To order, or to request the company's catalog of products for a child-safe home, call (800) 598-8911.
