1.Grayson Homes Inc. has opened a model of the Danforth, one of nine two-story traditional houses the firm is offering at Willow Pond Estates in Westminster, Carroll County.

All Willow Pond homes will have gas heat, full-brick fronts, hardwood foyers, four bedrooms, two full baths and one-half bath, a family room, unfinished basement and two-car garage. Most will also have bay windows, vaulted ceilings, lofts and overlooks.

The Danforth has 2,180 square feet of finished living space and a base price of $201,990. The first floor has a 15-by-12-foot living room, 12-by-12-foot dining room, 20-by-13-foot family room, 12-by-10-foot kitchen and 11-by-9-foot breakfast room.

Upstairs the master suite has a 15-by-14-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath with soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanity.

The Shelton II is the smallest and least expensive home Grayson is building at Willow Pond. Prices begin at $179,990 for 1,960 square feet.

On the first floor there are a 14-by-12-foot living room, 12-by-10-foot dining room, 16-by-14-foot family room, 12-by-9-foot kitchen and 12-by-9-foot breakfast room.

The model is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Wednesday. Take Interstate 695 to Interstate 795 West to Route 140 west to right on Sullivan to right on Sunshine Way to left on Eden Farm Circle to model on right.

For a base price of $109,990, the Leewood comes with 2,040 square feet of finished living space on three floors. Add a powder room, 18-by-12-foot family room and laundry room in the basement and the house has 2,520 square feet on four levels.

A 12-by-11-foot front kitchen is situated off the foyer. A coat closet, powder room and 9-by-9-foot dining room occupy the center of the first floor, while a 19-by-12-foot living room is across the rear.

Buyers can choose to have two or three bedrooms on the second floor, which also has a full bath and two hall closets.

The third floor has a 15-by-20-foot master bedroom with a large walk-in closet. A master bath is optional.

Harford Town has a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court and walking/biking paths. The model is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Take Interstate 95 north to Exit 77A (Route 24) to a left on Route 7 to a right on Hidden Stream and a left on Swift.
