* DRUG ARRESTS: Eastern District -- Ten people were arrested Sunday night in the 1600 block of E. Oliver St. and charged with either possessing narcotics or loitering with the intent to possess or sell narcotics. Seven men were held at the station pending bail hearings, while three women were held at the women's detention center. The arrests were made after police witnessed sales of narcotics or received complaints from area residents.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a home in the 3100 block of Tilden Drive Sunday through a basement door and stole a clock, two TVs, china, a telephone and other property.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A TV valued at more than $100 was stolen from a house in the 3000 block of Chestnut Ave. Sunday by someone who entered through a rear door.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A VCR and microwave oven, all valued at more than $200, were stolen from a house in the 2500 block of Quantico Ave. over the weekend by someone who entered through a second-story window.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A 62-year-old resident of the 2400 block of Loyola Northway was in the 3800 block of Park Heights Ave. Saturday when he was assaulted by three men who reportedly stole his driver's license and other property.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A .38 revolver, TV, VCR, stereo equipment and jewelry, all valued at $8,500, were stolen from a house in the 3600 block of Chesholm Road Sunday by someone who entered through a basement door.


* ROBBERY: Towson Precinct -- A 20-year-old Bel Air woman was at Towson Marketplace in the 1200 block of Putty Hill Ave. Sunday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $40. The man escaped in a stolen blue Chevrolet Beretta driven by another man.

* BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- A microwave oven valued at nearly $200 was stolen from a house in the 6000 block of Marquette Road over the weekend.

* BURGLARY: North Point Precinct -- Someone entered a home in the 7900 block of St. Claire Lane over the weekend after breaking a side window and stole a 19-inch TV, VCR and microwave oven.

* STOLEN CAR: North Point Precinct -- A blue 1989 Dodge Caravan with tags 568641M was reportedly stolen Sunday from the 100 block of Patapsco Ave.

* STOLEN CAR: Towson Precinct -- Police were seeking a brown 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass with tags XKK 595 that was stolen Sunday from the 500 block of Anneslie Ave.
