* Steven Campbell Realty said Janice B. West, a saleswoman with the firm, has been elected president of the Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore (Realtists) for 1995. A graduate of Coppin State University, Mrs. West holds the Graduate Realtors Institute designation.

* Steven Campbell Realty said Stephen A. Campbell, its owner/manager, has been selected to serve a one-year term on the supervisory committee of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors Credit Union. Mr. Campbell is also a mentor broker with the board's minority scholarship program. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Baltimore and holds the Certified Brokerage Manager and Graduate Realtors Institute designations.

* The Time Group, a real estate and property management company, became the sixth Baltimore firm to receive the Accredited Management Organization designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

* Van Deusen Construction Co. said its president, Jay S. Van Deusen, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Home Builders Association of Maryland. Mr. Van Deusen also serves as a vice president of the Home Builders Remodelers Council.

ON THE MOVE

* O'Conor, Piper & Flynn said Meg Gallucci and Ronnie Joyce Saltzman of Towson, Sebastian B. Zito of Timonium and Nina S. Watts and Kate Creamer of Ruxton have joined its Towson/Lutherville office as salespeople, and John Weber, Sherry White and Deno Vlachos have joined its Bel Air/Fallston office as salespeople.

Also, Juanita Folk has joined the Towson office as a salesperson. Margaret L. McLean has joined the company's New Homes Division as sales and marketing manager. She will focus on communities in Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Howard counties.

* O'Conor, Piper & Flynn has named Suzanne Gray regional account representative for its Corporate Relocation Division. Ms. Gray will help corporations find housing for new hires and transfers in the Anne Arundel County region, where she has lived for 25 years.

* O'Conor, Piper & Flynn said Iosif Gorin, Rita Bernhardt, Carolyn Brown, Gerald Brown, Marla Cohen, Suzanne Gottlieb, David Goldsmith, Phillip Goldsmith, Michael Gutin, Stan Janofsky, Barbara Meltzer, Sandi Parker, John Ross, Lois Schapiro, Rudolf Zagranichny and Vlad Zagranichny have joined its Owings Mills office as salespeople.

Pam Goldberg and Judy Leichtman have taken similar positions with the firm's Church Circle office in Annapolis, while Jim Bateman is a new salesman in the company's Timonium office.

* Provident Mortgage Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Provident Bank of Maryland, said David Meltzer has joined the firm as a mortgage officer in its Bel Air and Pikesville offices.

* Regency Homes of Annapolis has appointed John M. Dempsey president of Regency Homes of Richmond. Mr. Dempsey was formerly president of Shelbourne Classic Homes, which was acquired by Regency. Regency also named Thomas J. Mahoney vice president of production for Richmond. Mr. Mahoney has held similar positions with Pulte Homes and Ryan Homes in Virginia and Florida.

* The Ryland Group Inc. named Susan Cass vice president for tax and financial analysis and Jacqueline Rowe vice president of The Ryland Group and Ryland Homes' Systems.

* Ryland Homes named Carroll Jaskulski Mid-Atlantic Division HomeStore Manager. HomeStores, in Baltimore, Columbia, Northern Virginia and Delaware, give Ryland homebuyers the opportunity to meet with a professional designer to select options and features for their house.
