ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man was walking in the 3200 block of Old York Road Tuesday when a gunman approached and demanded his money. When the victim told the gunman he had no money, the gunman robbed him of a scanner he was carrying. The scanner was valued at $30.

THEFT: Northern District -- A woman who was to have been evicted from a house in the 4100 block of St. George's Ave. left the premises Tuesday with bedroom furniture valued at more than $1,500. The furniture was the property of her roommate.

ARSON: Southwestern District -- Someone poured a flammable liquid onto a 1991 Infiniti parked in the 4800 block of Franklintown Road Tuesday night and set it on fire, destroying

the vehicle.

Baltimore County

OFFICER ASSAULTED/ARRESTS: Essex Precinct -- While Officer Michael Greco and an ambulance crew were assisting a 23-year-old asthma-attack victim at an apartment in the first block of Byway North at the Riverdale Apartments Monday night, two teen-age boys interfered with them and assaulted Officer Greco and at least one medic. During the incident, Officer Greco was injured and was taken to Franklin Square Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The medic was not injured. The two boys were arrested and charged as juveniles with assault.

HARFORD COUNTY

THEFT: Darlington -- Police were seeking the occupants of a Pontiac 6000 in connection with the theft Sunday of nearly $250 worth of customized wheelcovers that were stolen from a GMC vehicle parked outside Cliff's auto parts in the 4700 block of Conowingo Road. While one man was inside the store asking about the vehicle parked outside, his accomplice was removing all four wheelcovers.
