Outlook: On the birth date of Martin Luther King Jr., the Bullets play the Bulls in the afternoon. The Bulls were beaten by the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday, and have lost two straight. F Scottie Pippen leads the Bulls in six statistical categories (scoring, rebounding, assists, steals, blocks and minutes) but has asked to be traded. Chicago (18-17) is in fourth place in the Central Division. The Bullets, whose game against the Detroit Pistons on Saturday was postponed because of condensation on the floor, have lost 10 straight overall and look to end an eight-game losing streak at USAir Arena.
