ROBBERY: Western District -- Two men, one with a .38 caliber revolver, robbed two residents of the 5400 block of Bucknell Road of property valued at more than $600 Sunday afternoon in the 1700 block of Warwick Ave.

PURSE SNATCH: Western District -- A resident of the 1300 block of W. Lexington St. was walking in the 200 block of N. Calhoun St. Sunday afternoon when a man stole her purse containing $200, a check for more than $150 and a beeper valued at $60.

STOLEN CAR: Western District -- A 1984 Ford stationwagon with tags AAZ 722 was reportedly stolen Sunday from the 1200 block of W. Lexington St.

SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- Following a basketball game at a gymnasium in the 1200 block of Wicklow Road Sunday night, a member of the losing team pulled out a handgun during an argument and threatened to shoot a member of the winning team. Someone in the group grabbed the gun but it discharged, striking a 22-year-old winning player in the leg. The wounded man was taken to St. Agnes Hospital and was listed in good condition. No arrest had been made.

SHOOTING: Northern District -- A 38-year-old driver for the Carroll Independent Fuel Co. was driving a company truck in the 2700 block of Loch Raven Blvd. Sunday evening and was making a left turn on a street when he was forced to stop for a car in front of him. Police said an occupant of the car exited the vehicle and fired a blast from a shotgun at the truck driver, hitting him in the left forearm. The gunman re-entered the car and drove off. The wounded truck driver was taken to Union Memorial Hospital and was later released. Police knew of no motive for the shooting and had made no arrest.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 2600 block of St. Paul St. was walking near her home Sunday when a man threw her to the ground and stole her purse containing cash and credit cards, all valued at more than $30.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1987 Pontiac with tags ANN 527 was stolen Sunday from the 400 block of Ivanhoe Ave. Police were seeking two teen-age boys.

THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered a 1994 Mazda Sunday while the vehicle was parked in the 5900 block of York Road after breaking the vent window and stole a purse, wallet and cash, all valued at more than $100.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- Police were seeking a woman who robbed the Thrift store in the 5000 block of York Road of an undisclosed sum of money Sunday. After walking around the store for a few minutes, the woman ordered a cashier to give her money from the cash register or she would be shot, but the suspect did not display a weapon.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Drugs used for the treatment of animals were stolen from the York Road animal hospital in the 4700 block of York Road Sunday morning by someone who entered the building through the rear door. The drugs were kept in a safe.

SCHOOL BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered Western High School in the 4600 block of Falls Road Sunday but it was not known if any property was taken.
