ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 3600 block of Elmley Ave. of $10 Thursday as she walked in the 3600 block of Lyndale Ave.

CHURCH BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered the Pleasant Rock Baptist Church in the first block of S. Kossuth St. Thursday and stole $250 in coins.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 3700 block of Park Heights Ave. was in the 2200 block of Fulton Ave. Thursday when a gunman robbed him of $25.

pTC CHURCH BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered the Perkins Square Baptist Church in the 2500 block of Edmondson Ave. Thursday and stole a fax machine valued at nearly $400 and a $5 trash can to carry it in.

SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 3700 block of W. Garrison Ave. was in the 4600 block of Garrison Blvd. Thursday when an unknown man shot him in the thigh. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.

STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A blue four-door 1990 Chevrolet with handicap tags 05997 was stolen Thursday from the 2900 block of Carleview Ave.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a car parked in the 5100 block of Belle Ave. Thursday and stole a cordless drill, power pack and radio, all valued at more than $500.

ROBBERY/ASSAULT/ARREST: Northern District -- Police arrested the occupant of a house in the 500 block of Chestnut Hill Ave. after he fired at least three shots at a man who had stolen money from him. When the occupant found $69 missing from his wallet, he grabbed a handgun and fired a shot at the man while the suspect was in the house. The suspect had been allowed in the house to use the bathroom. Outside, the thief was fleeing when the occupant fired two more shots. The thief escaped injury and had not been arrested. A charge of reckless endangerment was to have been placed against the occupant.

Baltimore County

RAPE/ARREST: Parkville Precinct -- Police arrested a 21-year-old man and were holding him in connection with the rape of a 22-year-old woman in the 6100 block of Hutschenreuter Road in Glenarm Thursday night. The woman reported she was abducted at gunpoint, driven to the scene and raped. As the suspect drove off, he wrecked his car and was arrested by police who were seeking him. No gun was recovered.

ROBBERY: Towson Precinct -- Two 16-year-old boys were at Lyle Court and Hillsway Road Thursday night when three older teen-agers, one with a handgun, robbed them of their jackets and other property. The three suspects drove off in a black Lexus.

HARFORD COUNTY

STOLEN CAR/ARREST: Edgewood -- Trooper First Class Darryl Collins stopped a stolen car at Route 24 and Route 7 in Edgewood Tuesday and charged the driver with auto theft. The car, a 1988 Toyota, was stolen in New York. In the car was a female friend of the driver and her two children. They were not charged. Charged with auto theft was David W. Sparks, 27, of the 1700 block of Deerwood Court, Edgewood. Police said the car, which originally had New York tags, had Maryland tags when stopped.

BURGLARY: Edgewood -- Someone entered Star Imports in the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway through a rear window Wednesday and stole a cordless telephone and several car radios, all valued at $700. The intruder caused another $100 damage breaking into the building.
