* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A four-door 1983 Chrysler with tags ZVB 680 was stolen Monday from the 2700 block of N. Longwood St.

* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- Someone stole a two-door 1990 Ford Probe with tags XNC 242 from the 3800 block of Fernhill Ave. Monday.

* ROBBERY/ARRESTS: Northern District -- One adult male and two juveniles were arrested Monday and charged with robbing a resident of the 3900 block of Greenmount Ave. of his mo-ped at gunpoint. Charged are Larry Dixon, 22, of the 2800 block of Boarman Ave., and Jojo Dixon, 17, of the 600 block of Dumbarton Road, who was charged as an adult. Charged as a juvenile was a 15-year-old resident of the 600 block of Springfield St. The mo-ped was recovered.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 3000 block of St. Paul St. was walking near his home Monday night when a man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed him of $10.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Property valued at nearly $1,700 was stolen from a home in the 3600 block of Greenmount Ave. Monday by someone who entered through the front door.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 400 block of E. 33rd St. of $2 near her home Monday.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a garage in the 2200 block of Angelica Terrace and stole a cellular phone valued at $300 from a car.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A 24-year-old resident of the 900 block of Franklin St. was in the 500 block of N. Fulton Ave. Monday when two men robbed her of a diamond ring valued at $2,000, $20 and five other rings.

* CUTTING: Western District -- Police arrested a man and were holding him at the station in connection with the cutting of two women during an incident in the 2100 block of W. North Ave. Monday. One woman was cut on the left thumb and the other on the forehead. Both women refused medical treatment.


* ROBBERY: White Marsh Precinct -- A gunman wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt robbed an Exxon station in the 8600 block of Philadelphia Road of an undisclosed sum of money Monday night and escaped on foot.

* ROBBERY: North Point Precinct -- Police were seeking a man who robbed the Horn & Horn cafeteria in the 7900 block of Eastern Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money Monday. After giving the cashier $5 for a meal, the man pulled out a handgun and ordered her to give him the contents of the cash register. An off-duty Baltimore City policeman in civilian clothes sitting at the counter witnessed the holdup and approached the gunman. When the gunman pointed his weapon at him, the officer stopped. After taking the money, the gunman escaped on foot.
