Pizza deliveryman, 24, is robbed by three men

November 22, 1994

A Pizza Express deliveryman was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash Friday evening after delivering a pizza to an address in the 400 block of Glen Mar Road, county police said.

Michael John Natale, 24, told police he was walking back to his car shortly after 7 p.m. when he heard a man yell at him. He turned and saw three men walking toward him. Believing he was going to be robbed, Mr. Natale ran, police said.

One of the men caught him and threatened to beat him if he didn't hand over his money. Mr. Natale surrendered the cash and was told not to move for 10 minutes, police said. The men then left the scene.

Mr. Natale drove around for 90 minutes "to get himself together" before going back to the pizza shop, in the first block of Aquahart Road, police said.
